Some Team Rocket OCs I made a long time ago and rediscovered in an old sketchbook. They were actually originally gijinka (Tobias is a Haunter, and Kaiden is a Machoke) but they turned into Team Rocket punks instead, oops. There’s no way that the gangs of the Pokemon world wouldn’t attract teenage punks and that they could actually enforce the “Grunt” dress code.
These two joined up with Team Rocket because they saw their influence in the Kanto region spreading. When it looked like things were falling apart, they jumped ship and when to Kaiden’s hometown in Hoenn where they heard about Team Aqua and joined up after hearing Giovanni had officially disbanded Team Rocket. Things quickly went south as Team Aqua’s plans backfired and the whole world was almost flooded to extinction. They backed out of Hoenn as soon as the chaos passed and went back to Johto just in time to hear rumors that some Team Rocket executives were trying to re-establish the gang.
